INTRODUCTION

This is a breach of contract case. On original submission, we held that res judicata barred appellant's claims. Martin v. Martin, Martin & Richards, Inc., 991 S.W.2d 1 (Tex.App.-Fort Worth 1997). The Texas Supreme Court held that, under the facts of this case, the claims were not barred. Thus, that court reversed and remanded the case...
