The Pulaski County Circuit Court found the appellant, Clay Wortham, guilty of driving while intoxicated, third offense, speeding, and driving on a license suspended for DWI. Appellant received a sentence of 180 days' incarceration, a $2,000 fine, and a driver's license suspension of thirty months. On appeal, appellant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting his DWI conviction. We affirm.
