Plaintiff Kathleen Goodwin-Haulmark brings this action against defendant Menninger Clinic, Inc., alleging wrongful discharge, discrimination in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., the Kansas Acts Against Discrimination ("KAAD"), K.S.A. § 44-1001 et seq., and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 621
