This action arises from appellant Raymond Scott's purchases of two Dodge Caravans from respondent Forest Lake Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge. Scott alleged that Forest Lake Chrysler violated the Minnesota Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Act (MMVRISA) by using a conditional delivery agreement and by failing to provide him with copies of retail installment contracts signed by Forest Lake Chrysler.
