A jury convicted Bounthavy Sithithongtham of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(2), and making false statements to a licensed firearms dealer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(a)(6) and 924(a)(2). Sithithongtham was sentenced to 63 months in prison on each count, to be served concurrently...
