Defendant appeals by delayed leave granted his sentence in Saginaw Circuit Court Docket No. 94-009022 FH (Case No. 9022), in which he pleaded guilty of possession with intent to deliver less than fifty grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); MSA 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv). For that guilty plea, the trial court sentenced defendant to lifetime probation and to a fine of $25,000 to reimburse the state for...
