On June 9, 1995, Hollis Earl Roberts was charged in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma with two counts of aggravated sexual abuse in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2241; one count of sexual abuse, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2242, and five counts of abusive sexual contact, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2244. At all relevant times, Mr. Roberts was Principal Chief of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma...
