The instant case is the consolidation of three appeals to the court of appeals challenging the constitutionality of Minnesota's administrative child support process. This appeal presents the issue of whether the administrative process, Minn.Stat. § 518.5511 (1996), violates the separation of powers doctrine by impinging upon the original jurisdiction of the district court, by creating a tribunal which is not inferior to the district...
