(Bushnell), an Iowa City restaurant business, and College Block Partners (College Block), the owner of the building in which the restaurant is located, appeal from an adverse judgment in a bench trial of a slip-and-fall claim by plaintiffs, Judy Hopping and her husband, Stephen Hopping.
