Michael Joseph DeAmicis (defendant) was convicted in a bench trial of taking indecent liberties with a minor, a felony, in violation of Code § 18.2-370.1, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, a misdemeanor, in violation of Code § 18.2-371. On appeal, defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the convictions. Because we find that the evidence established the felony but failed to prove the misdemeanor, we affirm...
