In connection with the issuance of a search warrant on a business, the trial court decided to conduct an adversarial hearing prior to the issuance of the warrant. Although the trial court found probable cause, it refused to issue the search warrant requested because of concerns that the documents sought to be seized might contain medical records implicating a right of privacy, and the seizure of the documents might impair the business of the respondent...
