We granted leave to determine whether defendant General Accident Insurance Company of America (GAI), which insured defendant Process Design Associates, should be estopped from enforcing policy exclusions against plaintiffs during a garnishment action initiated by plaintiffs to satisfy a judgment rendered against Process Design.
