¶ 1. Larry Garmon, after a jury trial, was found guilty of one count of burglary. The Lee County Circuit Court, the Honorable Thomas J. Gardner, III presiding, sentenced Garmon to serve a term of twenty-five years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
