We affirm Higgins' conviction and sentence, entered upon a guilty plea, on two counts of attempted first-degree murder with a firearm and one count of attempted robbery with a firearm.

This court lacks jurisdiction to consider Higgins' first claim of error as to the trial court's alleged failure to conduct an adequate inquiry into his attempt to dismiss his court-appointed counsel several months prior...
