Opinion by Justice GRANT.

Douglas Gollihar appeals from his conviction for stealing a go-cart. A jury found Gollihar guilty as charged. The court assessed punishment at eighteen months in a state jail facility.

Gollihar contends in two points of error that the evidence is legally insufficient to support his conviction because of a failure to prove the description of the stolen property and that Lane Jones was the owner of the go-cart. These...
