¶ 1. On July 25, 1996, the Covington County Grand Jury indicted Charles Prewitt for transferring cocaine to Wayne Muscio in violation of Miss.Code Ann. § 41-29-139 (Rev.1993). Found guilty by a jury of his peers, Prewitt was sentenced to serve a term of nine years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections.
