THOMPSON, J.

The State appeals a suppression order which excluded two out-of-court identifications of Tyrone Jackson. We reverse.

Jackson, who had been charged with armed robbery, filed a motion to suppress evidence that two witnesses identified him as the robber. He alleged that the police used unnecessarily suggestive procedures in obtaining the identifications, thus giving rise to a substantial likelihood of misidentification. These facts were developed...
