Boyd Rosene and Associates, Inc., appeals an award of attorney's fees granted to Kansas Municipal Gas Agency and the City of Winfield, Kansas. Rosene argues on appeal that under Oklahoma choice-of-law principles, Kansas law applies and the grant of attorney's fees to the defendants pursuant to Oklahoma Statute title 12, § 936 was inappropriate.
