OPINION

Opinion by: SARAH B. DUNCAN, Justice.

Because the court reporter, Yvette Ryan, has willfully and intentionally violated an order of this court, we find her in criminal contempt and order her to pay a $500 fine, disgorge the fee previously paid for the reporter's record, and pay the costs of this contempt proceeding. We also refer this matter to the Court Reporters Certification Board.
