Roger Culver appeals from the district court's grant of summary judgment dismissing his causes of action against James McRoberts. Culver suffered injuries and damages as a result of a multi-car accident caused by John Crowley, who was driving while intoxicated and was later convicted of reckless homicide. Crowley became intoxicated at a social gathering held on McRoberts's boat, and Culver brought suit against McRoberts in the Northern District...
