Falcetta contends he was denied due process and a fair trial under the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 19 of the Texas Constitution by (1) the admission of an audio-videotape that was not properly authenticated and (2) the denial of a mistrial after a juror improperly communicated with a witness...
