Plaintiff was a dental patient whose wisdom teeth extraction by defendant on 8 May 1992 began a series of complaints, discussions with and among dentists, and prescriptions to relieve her dental pain. Plaintiff alleged in her complaint that defendant provided her a continuing course of treatment to relieve pain from the date of her wisdom teeth extraction to 13 July 1993, when defendant cemented a crown on one of her teeth.
