Appellant, Samuel Lovert Johnson, was convicted by a jury of the offense of aggravated robbery. The jury also found an enhancement paragraph to be true and assessed appellant's punishment at confinement in the Institutional Division of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for a term of seventy-five years.
