McCallister d/b/a/ McCallister Oyster Bar & Seafood, alleging negligence, wantonness, and a loss of consortium arising out of injuries Neel-Gilley sustained in February 1996 when she slipped and fell on the premises of McCallister Oyster Bar & Seafood.
