Donald Everett Heath was convicted by a jury of criminal attempt to possess cocaine in violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, OCGA §§ 16-4-1; 16-13-30(a). Heath appeals, enumerating two errors: that the trial court erred in failing to charge the jury on his sole defense of entrapment and that the evidence was insufficient to convict. We conclude that the evidence was sufficient to support the jury's verdict and that Heath failed...
