This is an action brought by Plaintiffs against Oscar Gonzalez ("Gonzalez") and his former employer, Land Transport Corporation ("Land Transport"), for injuries suffered by Plaintiff Robert Nichols ("Nichols") as a result of a dispute with Gonzalez that culminated with Gonzalez stabbing Nichols.
