Sims, a pro se plaintiff, has sued the Boeing Company ("Boeing") alleging race discrimination and breach of contract in connection with his termination on August 23, 1995. Currently before the court is Boeing's motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 and/or dismissal pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2) and 12(h).
