LANDRIEU, Judge.

Defendant, St. Bernard Parish Government, appeals from a trial court judgment rendered in favor of plaintiffs, Winston and Nicoline Gillies, in a personal injury action. Plaintiffs filed suit after Mr. Gillies sustained injuries to his right knee and back when he fell over a chair in an office in the St. Bernard Parish Government Complex. We reverse.
