Ronald Allen Saxton appeals from a judgment of conviction on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He asserts that his trial counsel was ineffective for abandoning a motion to suppress evidence and for failing to make a discovery request for a videotape of the traffic stop that led to Saxton's arrest.
