Kevin Shroyer (Shroyer) petitions this Court to review an order of the Secretary of the Department of Corrections (Department) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania assessing his prison account in the amount of $99,014 to reimburse the Commonwealth for damages he caused in a prison riot at the State Correctional Institution at Camp Hill (Camp Hill).
