Appellant, Glenn Ivan Rosenberg, was convicted by a jury sitting in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County of two counts of theft of property valued at more than $300. He was subsequently sentenced by the court to two consecutive terms of fifteen years of imprisonment, with five years of each term suspended.1 On appeal, Rosenberg presents a pentad of issues, which we have rephrased...
