A seed processor refused to release a customer's seed until a dispute over invoices unrelated to the seed in question was resolved. The district court2 issued a preliminary injunction compelling the processor to release the seed, and granted in part and denied in part a motion by the seed processor to compel arbitration over the disputed invoices.
