Thompson (Claimant) petitions for review of an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which affirmed the order of a workers' compensation judge (WCJ) granting the petition of Craig Welding & Equipment Rental (Employer) and its carrier, USF & G, to suspend compensation and enforce subrogation rights. We reverse.
