Appellants, Florida Specialty, Inc. and Nimnicht Cadillac Company, Inc., were plaintiffs below in this negligence action brought against appellees, H 2 Ology, Inc. and Stephen P. Brandvold. Appellants challenge an order dismissing their Third Amended Complaint with prejudice.
