OPINION

MEYERS, J., delivered the unanimous opinion of the Court.

Appellant was convicted of two aggravated sexual assaults and two acts of indecency with a child. The jury assessed punishment at 20 years imprisonment for each sexual assault and five years for each act of indecency. The convictions were affirmed. Howland v.
