The present action involves Daniel Strohl's appeal from his conviction and sentence for criminal conspiracy to commit the crime of escape and the crime of use of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony. See Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-202 (Reissue 1995). Strohl was found guilty and sentenced to a term of not less than 20 nor more than 30 years' imprisonment. See Neb.Rev.Stat. § 28-105 (Reissue 1995). We affirm.
