This matter is before the court on the plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction. (Doc. 3). The court held an evidentiary hearing on the motion on November 8, 1999. Because all of the evidence could not be heard at that time, the parties agreed to conduct depositions for several witnesses on November 9 and 11, 1999, and to submit their deposition testimony for the court's consideration...
