James Slack appeals from the decision of the district court affirming the bankruptcy court's order dismissing his petition for Chapter 13 bankruptcy. The bankruptcy court granted Wilshire Insurance Company's ("Wilshire") motion to dismiss upon finding that Slack was ineligible for relief under Chapter 13 because the record showed that he had stipulated that the amount of Wilshire's claim against Slack on its state law action was $255,954.
