SOL GOTHARD, Judge.

Claimant, James Arwood, appeals a decision of the Office of Workers' Compensation which denied his claim for benefits after a determination that he forfeited any and all benefits by violation of LSA-R.S. 23:1208, and failed to meet his burden of proof that his injury was causally related to a workrelated accident. For reasons that follow, we affirm.
