(BST), appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the third party plaintiff, Gertrude Sheppard, on Sheppard's indemnification claim. On appeal, BST claims that the trial court improperly (1) precluded it from filing its special defenses, (2) determined that it was in exclusive control of certain premises, (3) determined that Sheppard had no reason to anticipate BST...
