PLOTKIN, Judge.

Plaintiffs Aaron and Phoebe Pinkins appeal a trial court judgment dismissing their suit against Scott and Jill Cabes and their insurer, Allstate Insurance Co. We reverse the trial court judgment, and award the Pinkinses $7,313 in damages.
