Bank One, Texas, N.A., ("Bank One") filed suit against Doris M. Williams to recover monies due and owing on a note Williams executed in connection with her purchase of an automobile from Waco Mazda Subaru of Waco, Texas ("Waco Mazda"). Williams filed a general denial and asserted counterclaims against Bank One for deceptive trade practices, breach of contract, and breach of warranty. Williams also asserted these claims...
