Young Chevrolet, Inc. to recover $25,695,00 which the plaintiff paid on a policy of credit life insurance negligently written by the defendant. The defendant was a licensed insurance agent commissioned under the laws of Louisiana. The suit was filed thirteen months after the plaintiff discovered the defendant's error.
