This action for personal injuries arose from an accident that occurred during helicopter lift operations. Plaintiffs Edward and Denise Rodgers (collectively "Plaintiffs") filed a Complaint asserting negligence claims against, inter alios, the owners of the helicopter, Erickson Air-Crane Co., L.L.C. and The Erickson Company (collectively "Erickson").
