Plaintiff's complaint, filed February 24, 1994, and thereafter amended solely to add additional defendants, was dismissed on the motion of defendant Dr. Robert Greene at the close of plaintiff's case. Because we conclude that plaintiff's direct evidence at trial presented a prima facie claim of medical negligence, we reverse...
