Plaintiffs appeal as of right1 from a final order involving plaintiffs' request for relief under the Open Meetings Act (OMA), M.C.L. § 15.261 et seq.; MSA 4.1800(11) et seq., and the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), M.C.L. § 15.231 et seq.; MSA 4.1801(1) et seq. We affirm in part, reverse in part, and remand for further proceedings.
