Plaintiff, Grace Riolo filed this action for the recovery of damages for injuries sustained in a trip and fall accident on the premises of the merchant defendant. Plaintiff, Maryann Woodruff who is Mrs. Riolo's daughter makes a claim for loss of consortium. The trial court considered and granted a defense motion for summary judgment, thereby dismissing plaintiffs' suit. It is from that judgment that plaintiffs appeal.
