Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We must decide in this contract action whether the circuit court abused its discretion in denying the motion by defendant Waterbury Headers Corporation to set aside the default entered because of its failure to respond to the plaintiff's summons and complaint. We hold that the circuit court did not abuse its discretion, and we thus reverse the judgment of the Court of Appeals.
