¶ 1 Connie and Russell Livelsberger appeal after a jury failed to award them damages in this personal injury action. We affirm.

¶ 2 This matter arises from an automobile accident that occurred on December 18, 1993. Mrs. Livelsberger was a front seat passenger in a vehicle being operated by Mr. Livelsberger, who was not injured in the accident.
