PER CURIAM.

The defendants, Medical Coaches and Siemans Medical Systems, Inc. (Siemans), appeal from a Superior Court judgment that entered following an order granting the motion of the plaintiff, Patricia V. Jackson, to vacate previous final judgments dismissing the plaintiff's claims against both defendants. This new judgment provides that her complaint "is now dismissed without prejudice," thereby amending the earlier judgments that had dismissed...
